WaterSki Atlanta is located on Lake Frances, which is a privately owned 30 acre lake.

Lake Frances is located 5 miles west of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, just south of South Fulton Parkway and north of Highway 29, off of Mason Road.

Lake Frances is over 2200 feet long and more than 300 feet wide which provides more than adequate set up time for the slalom course and jump as well as long trick and barefoot passes.

WaterSki Atlanta has developed a 2000 square foot white sand beach, a 15,000 square foot parking lot, and covered picnic tables line the shore in order to enjoy the lake and watch the skiing. There is also a nature trail that runs alongside the western shoreline of the lake for walking and biking.

Lake Frances offers many advantages over training on public lakes in the Atlanta area. First, you won't have to deal with other boat traffic. Only Waterski Atlanta members and guests are allowed to use the lake and only one boat can be operated at any given time. Also, the smaller lake size and the protected location means reduced winds on the lake for better ski conditions, which are needed to rapidly improve in our sport.
